HEALTHY RECIPE OF THE WEEK

1 cup organic raw cashews (soaked overnight to increase digestibility and enzymes)
1 cup water
4 large organic raw dates (pit removed)
3 tbsp of raw carob powder or raw organic cocoa powder
4 frozen bananas cut into pieces
In blender (preferably Vita Mix or other high powered blender) combine water and
cashews. Blend until milky. Add dates, cocoa and bananas. Blend until thoroughly
mixed. ENJOY! This is delicious, perfectly healthy and perfectly raw!
